Dhasol Committees

DHASOL is a registered charity that is entirely managed by volunteers who provide their services without expectation of any reward or remuneration.

The Society is governed by constitution adopted on 12 May 1998 and as amended at AGM held on 24 February 2008 .

The management of the Society is trusted in: Executive Board Executive Committee All decisions in the management are taken with formal discussion and with majority consent at above structured meetings for which proper minutes are recorded and retained for future references.

Financial accounts are regularly prepared and examined by Independent Chartered Accountants and filed with the Charity Commissioners on an annual basis.

Ashwinbhai is a dedicated and respected businessman who plays an active part in various committees and has a lot to offer to DHASOL in years to come.



Brijeshbhai A Patel

Brijesh Patel is enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking member who has recently taken an opportunity to join the DHASOL committee. He is looking forward to be actively involved in the activities and ready to help individual Dharmajian in all possible ways


Mrs Induben M Patel

Induben is a loyal member of the Society. She is very keen to support all events with full loyalty and enthusiasm. She possesses admirable social skills and is very active in the committee.

Mrs Pravinaben N Patel MBE

Pravinaben is an active social worker in the local community and is our adviser on social and religious matters. She has been active with Victim Support and her work has been recognised by a National Award. She has been Vice President and President of the Society and has been a prominent member of DHASOL for a number of years.
On 13 June 2009, on the official Queen’s Birthday, Pravinaben has been awarded an MBE by Her Majesty the Queen, for her voluntary service to Victim Support and Witness Care in London.

Rashmibhai V. Patel

Rashmibhai is a hardworking businessman, also working hard for DHASOL. He is always ready when called upon to contribute in any way. He supports all our activities with full vigour and enthusiasm and has a potential to offer a lot more over years to come.He also represents DHASOL on the Chha Gham Matrimonial Introductions ( CGMI) committee.


Saagar K. Patel

My wife tells me I am a good husband and a caring father, I run my own Architectural & Energy Business. Born in India and came to UK at the age of 10. I have been a part of DHASOL from an early age. This started with attending the events to take part and has evolved to being part of the committee that organises successful charity events & functions.

DHASOL Charity has become a link to my roots and my culture, being part of this large extended family keeps me grounded and in touch with my history. At the same time it leads a path to being a better human by engaging in charity work, not just for our community but for all communities.

Mrs Sonaliben S. Patel

Sonaliben is a very committed, hardworking and loyal member of DHASOL and always willing to help in any way possible. She actively helps in entertainment events and enjoys participating in Chha Gam Nagrik Mandal events.She represents DHASOL in Chha Gam Nagrik Mandal and is the main co-ordinator for DHASOL Matrimonial Introductions
