Legendary DHASOL BBQ – continues to surpass year on year !

We had delicious food, glorious weather and great company which made for a great cocktail for a very enjoyable BBQ!  Everyone old and young enjoyed the long sunny afternoon with their friends and family - eating and socialising.  Food included papdi no lot, chilli bhajia, mixed vegetable bhajia, dhokra, masala chips, Bombay sandwiches, masala papad, kebabs, jeera chicken, chutney, salad and fnishing off early evening with traditional Khichidi and Chaas .

There were also an array of stalls to browse through where ladies in particular made a start to their shopping for Rakshabandhan, Diwali and Navratri. There were stalls for saris, punjabi dresses, chanya cholis, jewellery, Diwali decorations, nastho and mortgage advice. Anami agencies who are one of our premier sponsors were also on hand to give free advice on insurance for commercial as well as personal insurances. They also kindly donated our new DHASOl tent - check out the photos.

Children enjoyed the bouncy castle, tug of war and musical chairs and adults enjoyed the bungee run and the sumo wrestling! This year we had very strong ladies who won the tug of war hands down with the men not able to stop them. Adults also enjoyed the musical chairs.
