We at DHASOL continue working hard in upholding our unique Dharmaj village values and culture and are proud to have continued upon the path laid by our founders in the establishment of DHASOL and progression over the past 5 decades.

We intend to build on our past successes and now wish to focus on providing an inheritance for our future generation and look upon, you the members for your continued support in our future plans and invite your active participation. As you already know that we are renowned for being the only Charotar village organisation here in the UK to have owned our own freehold property known as Liberty Centre in Wembley. We sold it last year to move forward towards providing enhanced facilities for community use.

Your committee has appropriately identified a suitable property within the M25 area, which can form our new base to operate from and allow us continue to hold smaller community events and functions etc.
The property that we have identified is known as Unit 1, Metro Centre, Hayes, Middlesex, particulars of which are attached, that we are going ahead to purchase. The acquisition of this property will add further feather to our cap and help DHASOL become leading community village organisation that you can be proud of being associated with.

We appropriately seek your blessing and support in acquisition of this property, and your participation in this proud moment for DHASOL. The acquisition and works are budgeted to cost around £1.2 million. We have funding in place of £400,000 and wish to minimise bank borrowing for the balance and seek members and well-wishers assistance to help us to cover the finance gap.

We therefore appeal for your kind donations and short term loans to enable you to be a part of this project that will add pride to our organisation.

Please join with us and together our foresight will enable this project to come to fruition and we pledge to write your name on the building for prosperity. We welcome your family members and supportive friends to participate in supporting the project in following ways:

  • 1. Outright single lump sum donations.
  • 2. Regular monthly donations from as little as £10.00 per month.
  • 3. Participate in lottery scheme by buying tickets.
  • 4. Interest free loan (five years).

Once the property is acquired list of all donors / supporters over £501.00 will be displayed in prominent place in the building. So don't delay and be first to have your names inscribed on the building donors list.
